How to avoid feeling nauseous or throwing up from drinking?
Hey guys, I am 22f who earlier in the year suffered with a gastroenteritis episode which I believe was brought on by not taking care of myself and overworking myself to the point of getting really sick. I work in hospitality and am currently trying to learn all I can in regards to spirits and wines, which is why it is very frustrating that now, almost a year later, I am still getting very nauseous and throwing up after even having a few drinks. Obviously I could just stop drinking but I enjoy having a few with friends on a normal scale (nothing like I was before) and this is now affecting my social life as it deters me from wanting to go to parties as I know I will drink and get sick.
The clear answer to this question obviously includes drinking water and eating to ensure stomach is lined but if you have any further options please let me know.
