Am I the only one who feels guilty after getting fucking smashed ?

Is this just a me thing or is it normal. I just had a huge fucking bender and it’s just ending. Now that everyone has left my garage, I feel so fucking sad. WTF? Why do I feel guilty? Every single fucking time, it makes no sense. Can someone explain what that is? I don’t drink much but whenever I do , I get absolutely smashed. I’m 25 years old if that makes a difference.
