alc poisoning?

hey! i’ll cut straight to it and save ya some time. Me and my husband just got back from vegas on wednesday late night. Tuesday night we were drinking and partying. I had probably around 10 shots in total between cocktails and margs. I got a horrible stomach ache that night and have had it since and it’s now friday afternoon. I do not drink often usually only in vegas trips which are every three or four months. Could the drinks be the cause? It’s making me sick to my stomach constantly.
