Feeling Hot

Does anyone ever experience hot sensation over the body. Not sure if it’s down to the amount of alcohol I drink or even if it’s tobacco related. I get really hot hands, legs, back, feet even ears. Could be a imbalance as I never used to get it or if I did I never noticed it. It’s freezing in the UK now but I’m still sat in my garden trying to cool off.
