Rhapsody Rosemary
This seasonal cocktail from The Beeman Hotel in Dallas uses a Texas-based gin.
Rhapsody Rosemary
Ingredients
1 ½ oz. Lockwood Texas gin1 oz. Rosemary syrup½ oz. Lemon juice1 ½ oz. Cranberry juice2 Raspberries
Instructions
Muddle raspberries in a mixing glass.
Add other ingredients and shake.
Pour into a Collins glass with ice.
Garnish with rosemary and raspberries.
