Too much alcohol

Does drinking on a daily basis make you feel hot, I get hot ears, hot hands and feet and sometimes all over. I’ve only noticed it these last few months but I’ve been drinking more than usual since my father passed 4 years ago. I think the drink is catching up on me. It’s that or the smoking ciggies I’m not sure.
