How long does it take y’all to drain a handle (1.75 liters) of liquor?

Come from a long line of alcoholics so anything over 2 days is a win, 3.5 days is what it’s been taking me and pretty sure it’s a problem but just want more opinions. Comparing yourself to a long line of alcoholics feels problematic but legitimately don’t know what to compare my average weekly intake to. For reference, specifically talking about Pinnacle vodka since it’s $17 a handle near me. I get one Monday when the store opens, get another one Thursday evening on my way home from work, and get a fifth of Smirnoff to change it up over the weekend when I don’t have to work. Don’t have many friends so don’t know what an average amount to drink is. My liquor is an average 40% abv so nothing too hard, just looking for opinions on daily intake if I need to cut back or if I’m relatively on par.
