how bad is drinking after a LOT of acetaminophen

i’ve been sick for the past few weeks for whatever reason and since monday i’ve taken 12 hour mucinex when i wake up, nighttime mucinex before bed, and 2-3 extra strength tylenols when i feel pain (maybe twice a day?) but unfortunately i’m a college student with fomo and there’s a party i really wanna go to (i feel much better so i think i’m in good shape) but i know acetaminophen + alcohol is not a good combo. but i also heard it’s only bad when done habitually over a long period of time? should i sit this one out yall??

(19f, -125 lbs, 5’6?, and been smoking a lot of weed if that factors in)
