Weird alcohol reaction

Hey everyone, so I’m relatively new to alcohol, but i’ve been drinking it relatively consistently the last few years. I’m in college, so it’s a big part of party culture, and i’ve never had an issue with it. I used to be able to drink a fair amount of liquor and seltzers with no problems. I’d even drink a fair amount of seltzers without any liquor and not feel gross at all. Recently though, certain types of seltzers and this gas station wine I drank has made me feel very sick. The types that i’ve noticed this reaction with so far are gas station wine (can’t remember what brand but it was red wine), lemonade flavored smirnoff ice (i have the screwdrivers sometimes and am fine, but notice i generally don’t want to drink as much), and mikes hard lemonade. I get this horrible headache as soon as i start drinking, get very naseous, and have to puke after 2 drinks tops. It’s very strange, especially because i used to drink so many of them with no problem, but i always eat before i drink, i try to drink water while i drink as well, and by the time i throw up i’m not even tipsy so i’m not sure why it’s been affecting me like this. if anyone has any help or advice it would be greatly appreciated- i don’t want to harm my body so i want to get this figured out before i start drinking again but in college not being able to drink kinda sucks
