Why am I suddenly getting sick from the smallest amount of alcohol?

I am a 24 y.o. female who thoroughly enjoyed her partying days in college. I stopped going out regularly and drinking heavily around when I was 21 because it started making me feel nasty. I know I’m not exceeding my limits when I drink now, but when I drink now (rarely), I always get extremely nauseous and have to throw up. It’s after about 1 drink or so. Today it was after 1 sip of a marg.

The only symptoms I have are nausea/vomiting and sometimes I get flushed/hives but it seems to depend what type of alcohol I’m drinking.

I’m at the point I’m about to just give up drinking but wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this.
