What’s wrong with my hands?

Hi trying to quit drinking, 19F. I have withdrawal and sometimes when it gets very bad, my face and arms will tingle, I struggle a bit to breathe and i lose control of my hands, leaving my fingers extended as seen in the picture. What is this? Nerve damage?
