Shipping Beer in Pennsylvania

Hi Friends!

I’m looking to ship a 4pk of beer to a friend in Pennsylvania, and I’m also in Pennsylvania.

Is this even an option?

I thought I read FedEx and UPS is able to do this, but at FedEx today I was refused.

Does anyone know if this is possible?
