Can I bring alcohol from an EU country to another at 17?

I’m Italian and I have to go to Cyprus, I wanted to bring half a bottle of alcohol (ABV around 40%) but I’m 17 and I don’t know if I can. I’m going by plane and I can bring both a hand luggage and a hold luggage. I did some research on google and only got more confused…
