How long should I take to take shots in between without throwing up

I’m drinking Canadian mist and this shit is awful and I’m trying to to throw up every shot but I keep drinking apple juice, my stomach hurts from drinking to much apple juice, drinking apple juice get the taste of alcohol out of my throat
