Had an accident

Last night while celebrating my 30th birthday, I celebrated a little much. Over the course of 6-7 hours, I drank probably 11 beers. Expecting a good head rush. I hit my vape, I became so lightheaded, and the wildest nicotine rush I’ve ever had, I actually fell over. It scared me to death. Can this be expected from vaping and alcohol? If I drink 3-4 beers. I’ll vape, and get a little head rush, that I typically done get while sober. This was absolutely crazy. Never had anything like it. Is this something I should be worried about from a medical aspect?
