Why is alcohol suddenly making me angry..? I never understood how this was possible when I saw it in other people, but now I do…

I’ve always heard stories ab people getting super violent or angry when drunk and I would always think that was so bizzare because when I drank I just became uninhibited, happy, and carefree. Recently however, Ive noticed for the first time in my life it kind of has the tendency to send me into ..pure rage…?? I don’t ever express anger in day to day life often and it seems now that when I’m inebriated, this rage tends to come out out of nowhere. I’m genuinely confused as to how/why this is happening.
