Scared for my health

So i think i’ve been drinking for a long time?Almost 4 years of half a 5th a day. I’m scared for my health. I’m 25 but feel so weak, in pain, and just old. Pain in my whole abdomen and chest. I also have anxiety so I think that plays a part. I’m just so worried in how I feel.
