Random puffy hot hands and feet

Does alcohol cause hot puffy hands and feet especially at night. Had it for a few months now, drink pretty much everyday only beer not spirits. Male aged 37. I get puffy hot hands when doing stuff like walking, washing dishes etc basically when im doing something. My bloods and ECG came back normal. Just wondering if alcohol is playing a part in this. Anyone else had this issue. Thanks 👍
