Can I drink if I experienced withdrawal earlier

Hi! I didnt find anything on google about this. I drank heavily last year, and I experienced withdrawals. I haven’t drink since. Now I really want to have glass of beer with my friend, but I’m curious if this one bottle can cause withdrawal if I experienced them earlier.
