Any place that ships alcohol from USA to Malta.

I know I can’t legally ship whiskey from USA to Malta but I can’t seem to find anywhere that I can order it either. The couple sites I’ve found state they don’t accept international gift orders from US residents.

Dies anyone know of any reputable webistes I can order and ship Crown? My brother’s in Malta can’t get it there and I really want to get then some.
