PSA. No social media when drunk

Seriously, don’t. Was scrolling through FB when drunk and had to see that an ex (The only person I’d ever truly been in love with and for some reason never removed from FB) I had been broken up with since 2018 got engaged recently and it’s been hurting way more than it should be. Seeing them have their life all together like this made me reevaluate mine and think some dark thoughts involving my knife… So yeah, no social media when drunk
