can muscle twitching occur the day after getting drunk ?

As the title suggests, i woke up this morning with my right shoulder started twitching. I thought I was dehydrated as I was drinking a lot of beers (7 drafts) the night before but kept up with water but since i have drank alot of water like usual throughout the day and my urine has been clear , it seems like i am hydrated

in terms of information about me, i’m 27 M fit, and have never really had this twitching occur in my right shoulder. there is no weakness, but it will spasm a few times before stopping 15-20 seconds while repeating the process.
