Why did i throw up blood?

i’m drunk rn but haven’t been for a least 3 months, i used to get drunk way more often but stopped. at one point i couldn’t even take one shot without throwing up and i would be scared before i take the shot, even though i used to down a half bottle of whiskey as it was a shot like nothing, and now i drank again bc i think i’m depressed atill and after 3 ish shots i threw up, but some of it was blood? i drank even more after this and i feel pretty great. am o gonna die? i might drink more in ten minutes but fr why did i throw up blood that hasn’t ever happened before
