Why did I feel attractive when I’m drunk?

A few days ago I got drunk for the first time and with family in Las Vegas and it was the best time ever. I remember at one point I had to use the bathroom and I remember looking in the mirror and being surprised at how good I looked. I honestly believed I was one of most attractive guys I looked at that day. I think maybe it was the alcohol and the ring lighting with the warmish colors that made me look nice though. I do wanna know if there’s a proven reason for why I felt this way. I can see why people can get addicted and it scares me tbh, not just because of looks thing but like the confidence and happiness, I think it had to be the happiest I had ever been in a long while.
