I’m killing myself

My dad was an alcoholic and later developed dementia died of kidney failure at 71, my uncle died of liver chorosis aged 74. I’m 37 and have drank myself silly for years and more in the last 3 years. Every night I drink 8 cans of beer and smoke loads. My time has come now I know it, swollen hands everyday feeling week. I’ve been told by my doctor I have chronic pancreatitis but I never stopped. I went to A&E last week and although they done bloods, urine and an ECG that all came back normal but I feel really rough inside and my puffy hands make me feel week. I’m on my way out I can tell. I’ve just drank 8 cans of beer and this ain’t just the drink talking but I’m looking forward to meeting my dad again. Goodnight
