21st birthday (I need answers)

My 21st birthday is soon. However I have a under 21 ID. In the bottom corner it’s says under 21 until this date X. I can’t renew it since it doesn’t expire for a few more years. I want to order alcohol my birthday weekend to be delivered via Ubereats or Walmart etc. I want get a few bottles of different stuff so I can try to make drinks see what I like. I know they scan IDs upon delivery but will I have any issue with this? I’ll be 21 when I get it delivered. I’m in the state of New York if that helps.
