can I drink this

I have a cup of alcohol that’s been sitting on my deck for almost a week, not covered or anything, I have nothing else n I’m desperate, can I drink this or is it like moldy or sum, it looks the same as normal, it’s mac naughton if that helps (ik cheap shit)
