I drink pretty regularly but tonight is different

Hello. Let me know if this is the wrong sub, not sure where to post. I drink pretty regularly throughout the week but have never experienced this before. I usually drink Tito’s and lemonade/cranberry juice or seltzers, I drink other things but this is my preferred/usual (basic,i know lol) I weigh about 130 and am about 5’4. Today I’ve had about 3 drinks of Tito’s and various lemonades and cranberry juice, very normal for me. Husband made burgers and fried for dinner, a usual dinner. Afterwards, my face started feeling pretty warm and my face was prickly/stinging slightly. Went to the bathroom and may face looks red and really splotchy. I have NEVER had this type of reaction before. I noticed I’m breathing a little more heavily too. Did I develop an allergic reaction all of a sudden? I just read about something called alcohol flush reaction which seems similar to what i’m experiencing, but I’m just so confused because i drink the same thing just yesterday and was totally fine and it’s nothing new to me at all. I usually stick to what i know. So I’m so confused as to why this is happening all of a sudden. I’ll do what i need to do to help this, but if you can, let me know if you have an idea of what’s causing this or if i need to post this elsewhere. Thanks in advance!
