Best way to evaporate alcohol without it carrying out other compounds?

Made an infusion. Want to evaporate off some of the alcohol but i don’t want the other contents of the infusion to be carried out with the alcohol. Is my best bet just letting it sit open? In refrigerator or countertop? I don’t want to damage the infusion with oxidation or heat or anything. Also don’t want to dilute it with water, as i don’t want to dilute out the flavor. Maybe i can let it sit out, open, in a container that is filled with argon? Argon is an inert gas, that is heavier than air, and i can get it easily.
