Liver pain or back pain?

So I would say i’m a functioning alcoholic i drink 4 times a week, whenever I drink i have a bottle of wine and 6 fireball shots. The other day I had this pain in my back it was in the middle and somewhat lower part of my back. But I also felt it in my upper abdomen, the whole area not just one side. This has happened only one other time months ago but it goes away the next day. I can’t tell if it’s back pain or liver pain or even kidney pain. I couldn’t tell if was my back hurting or my whole upper abdomen hurting I felt the pain in both. Does anyone have a clue?
