Best Tequila?

Our company hired a subcontractor for a contract, he was absolutely great to work with, and did an awesome job on our project. Would like to gift him a nice bottle of tequila when we hand him the check. What’s the most authentic/best Tequila based on quality and price?

Thank you Everyone! We went with Gran Centenario Reposado, with tumblers in a gift pack, and we got an extra bottle of el Jimador for him to share with the crew.
