Help finding vodka from memory

I’m looking for a certain very bottom shelf vodka. The package was likely red, but maybe blue. Despite easily under $10 the 750ml bottle was glass with Russian font, and a bear on front. The taste was reminiscent of ethanol free gasoline with a similar after taste.

I’ve searched all over with no luck. Any help and pointers would be much appreciated!
