My head is pounding I almost picked some up at the store but stopped myself and still thinking about going back to numb the pain and stop the withdrawls, so far my heart rate and oxygen are at normal levels im keeping track of that drinking lots of water I’ve drank everyday for 2.5 years and I’m 21 now
