Does alcohol cause your stomach to grumble

I started drinking excessively (10-12 ounces of vanilla extract) like every night for about 2 weeks now, lately my stomachs been grumbling a lot but i have no other symptoms. Could this be alcohol? for the record im like 5’10 130 pounds and eat a meal a day now so that could be it
