Alcohols left in cooler outdoors

I accidentally left a cooler full of different alcohols (nips, ipas, coronas, other beers I don’t know) outdoors where it’s been exposed to direct sunlight for about a week

The cooler was closed so no direct sunlight on the drinks, but the cooler definitely got toasty

​

Is the alcohol inside still safe to consume or should I be safe and toss it?

It would be handed out at a party on Sunday after chilling for a bit and I don’t want to get people sick
