Two giant bottles of vodka

Hosted a birthday party this weekend for my husband and bought way to much alcohol lol. I’m left with two Costco sized bottles of vodka that we don’t really drink. What can I do with them? I was thinking maybe infuse them with something like apples/cinnamon to make fun fall cocktails? Or could I use it to make moonshine and gift to people? Anyone have any suggestions/recipes??
