Question about four lokos

Would having two cans a week of these be too much alcohol? That’s currently my average I’d say. I haven’t been drinking that long and consider myself a bit unexperienced still. I’ve found they are my go to drink because they get me buzzed the quickest without having to suffer through the taste of alcohol. What would be a better alternative and am I drinking too much? I usually drink about 80% of the can as I am a pretty small guy
