What’s more harmful 180 ml of hard liquor in an hour or a double amount (360 ml) in 3 hours ?
Asking this, because I have seen some regular drinkers take the former route to get pissed quickly, often due to shortage of money and being a regular drinker ( I’m the latter ) ,I also drink to fall asleep, hence I have been wondering will it be better for my health if I drink less but fast P.S I am aware drinking for sleeping is counterintuitive
