Come And Go Blues

A tropical, mezcal-based blue cocktail from the CO/OP Community Table & Bar in Huntsville, AL.

Keyword Blue Curaçao, coconut cream, lime, mezcal, white vermouth

1 ½ oz. Del Maguey Vida mezcal½ oz. Carpano Bianco vermouth¾ oz. Mr. Boston’s Blue Curaçao¾ oz. Lime juice1 ½ oz. Coconut cream

Rim a rocks glass halfway with coconut salt.

Combine ingredients in shaker tin.

Add ice, shake vigorously (roughly 15-20 second).

Strain into prepared rocks glass.

Garnish with dehydrated orange wheel.
