Is my ex husband an alcoholic?

I am a bit worried about whether he’s able to parent properly with the amount he drinks. I don’t know everything. But I do know he drinks every day. Definitely 2l of vodka a week. Plus beers and wine, but not sure of amounts of those. Feeling a bit helpless. Would you say he was an alcoholic?
