Why does it feel so good?

Today I had my first real drink I mixed liquor with orange juice. It didn’t really taste all that great but the feeling of warmth and relaxation it gave me was amazing. Sure I was and still am a bit disoriented but it feels good. Like to relaxed. Idk how to explain this feeling but I love it. Idk how much I drank, probably like two shots worth of liquor but I feel good
