Questionable symptoms after drinking 500ml of 15% liquour and a sixpack

I was partying heavy yesterday, and as I got to sleep I started having first symptoms. I woke up to following symptoms: I was so cold that my whole body was violently shaking and I almost threw up. I have Emetophobia a.k.a puking phobia so I have not puked in over 10 years even though I’ve been severely ill, not even when I had epileptic seizures, wich means almost puking is some serious shit. I would not be so sure, if I had epileptic seizure at night as my epilepsy medication is a bad fit with alcohol

At the morning (4pm) I had the worst hangover Ive had in my life. Could this be some form of mild alcohol poisoning?
