What type of beer makes the best bread?
I love making beer bread! I was hoping to get some feedback as to what’s the best type of beer for making bread with. I’ve tried stout and Belgian wheat ale. The next one I’ll be trying is Yuengling Lager (I think that’s how you spell it.)
I’m looking for a lot of flavor, but I don’t think I want to use IPAs.
What do you think/know tastes best?
