Worried about liver cirrhosis

I have bad health anxiety and we recently went on a trip of a lifetime for 5 weeks. A big group of us and we really enjoyed ourselves sipping cocktails by the beaches in the daytimes and enjoying several glasses of wine of a night time. This was most days bar one or two days of travelling where we didn’t drink. I’m now really worried I’ve caused some liver cirrhosis from drinking like that 😩 I’m having a detox now and not drinking any alcohol for a few weeks. But will I have caused damage already? 😩
