Why the different effects?

Why does it appear to be the case that different types of alcohol seem to put people into different moods? My go to is Jäegermeister, and it makes me relaxed and introspective. I’m trying this Vokda iced tea for the first type and it makes me want to fight someone for no reason. What gives?
