Help??

For 2 days I had spread out about 350 mg of Adderall and Vyvanse combined went 15 hours without anything then took 4mg Klonopin then I decided to have like 3 alcoholic drinks THEN I decided to take like 200 mg Vyvanse and Adderall combined oh also have only had 3 hours of sleep in the last 60 hours and haven’t eaten much today and I’m 230 pounds 5’5 SO am I in like bad danger or could I just ride it out
