Drinking guidelines after college

Hi all. What are the guidelines and limitations for drinking once you graduate college? Currently, I can drink multiple times a week and can stay on top of my work. However with my full time job and career starting soon, i obviously need to cut back. I was wondering how much / when to drink / and how that works when your in a professional setting with coworkers or something where there is alcohol involved. Thanks for any help.
