Derby Pie

This bourbon cocktail recipe is based on the decadent pie that’s a tradition at the upcoming Kentucky Derby.

Course Drinks

Keyword bourbon, walnut liqueur

1 ½ oz. Four Roses small batch bourbon½ oz. Walnut liqueur½ oz. Brown sugar simple syrup½ oz. Cream2 dashes Chocolate bitters

Combine all ingredients into a mixing tin and add ice.

Shake for 15 seconds or until the cocktail is well chilled.

Double strain into a chilled cocktail coupe.

Garnish freshly grated nutmeg.
