Anyone get a major headache off drinking anything? Any ammount?

Half a beer of any kind any shot any mix drink I get a almost migrane from under 30 minutes after drinking, I don’t know what changed from the past but I’m 21 n but use to drink a ton of vodka nightly when I was a depressed teen but now I just wanna have a drink and relax and can’t, any help or anyone know a fix? Not a water issue either
