Destilling alcohol

Destilling alcohol is illegal, I guess in most countries. But if you think about if, your body sort of «destill» the alcohol into the blood and the water you pee out. So, «moonshining» should be legal. Since it’s just like binge drinking beer. Thats the only logical conclusion.
